Vibratory screen

Operating principal:
The Gyratory screen adopts the two unbalanced weight drop which is fixed under and above the motor shaft. Rotation of Unbalanced top weight causes vibration in Horizontal plane whereas the rotation of lower weight causes tilt and vibrations in vertical plane.Thus they convert the circular motion of the motor shaft into horizontal, vertical, inclinedthree demensional motion, and convey this motion to the screen deck. On the screen deck, the materials begins to move outward and divaricately. The lead angle of weight drop can be adjusted according to different needs, such as fine sieve or probability process.
