Application:

This drying plant can be used for drying coal slime, rocksand, silica sand, oil plam fiber, ore concentrate, and other materials in beneficiation plant, or cement plant, and etc.

 

Main parts:

It mainly consists of conveyor for wet materials, feeding hoppers, rotary dryer, and conveyor for the

ready product. Among them, rotary dryer includes feeding part, drying drum, discharge part, drive device(motor, gearbox, pinion, and girth gear), as well as dust collecting system for inducing the vapour at the outlet end and also collect the dust by cyclone dust collector.

 

Working principal:

The raw material enters the dryer from a hopper by electromagnetic vibrating feeder and 

feeding belt conveyor. There is also a feeding chute at the inlet of dryer to assit materials going 

down quickly. 

 

Meanwhile, the hot air generated by burner  goes into the rotary dryer from heating 

furnace and the material get heated. The inside structure of dryer will be specially designed as per the 

material with moisture and capacity requirements. The dryer will be devided into several zones with 

specially designed lifters, to undertake their special tasks, like breaking, scattering, sweeping, mixing 

and discharging. 

 

At the discharging side, the cyclone dust remover will be connected by the pipes to collect the dust 

from the dried material. The fuel will be gas. The dried materials will be conveyed to storage bin by 

screw conveyor(Please refer to the flow chart drawing).
